New England Central Railroad train #323-20 crosses the White River at West Hartford, Vermont, with the debut of the Providence & Worcester B40-8W #4007 leading NECR SD40(T)-2 #3317. The train is seen shortly before 0100 hrs on April 21, and is illuminated by a quartet of Alien Bees B1600 flash units on full power, ISO 400, 1/200 and f5.
