| Eastbound Duke Power coal train T402-23 passes the idled Prater Creek Mine at Ivel, KY heading for Shelby Yard with 109 loaded coal cars. T402-23 is a test train heading for Duke Power's Cliffside Generating Station in Brice, NC via the partially mothballed Clinchfield Railroad between Elkhorn City and Spartanburg, SC in an attempt to reopen the Clinchfield and Big Sandy to through traffic since overhead traffic was rerouted in 2015.
