| This diesel rail crane was part of a second work train assisting in the clean up of the grain train derailment at Cocolalla, ID that occurred about 6 AM May 1. Here at about 630 PM on May 2 this train which was handling concrete ties on main 2, was moving past a switch to a spur that it would be stored at for the night to clear the way for traffic to use that main. Main 1 remained closed as crews repaired it. 23 cars loaded with corn left the tracks in the middle of a 110 car train. |
