Russell to Cincinnati manifest Q329-17 pauses at the connection with the ex-L&N Kentucky Central mainline at KC Junction, waiting for a set of light motors off the KC to clear before heading into the yard. Along for the ride unexpectedly is former CSXT 5554, a B30-7 repainted by the CSX Huntington Locomotive Shops into her original Chessie System paint scheme and number, C&O 8272. The locomotive is heading for the Lake Shore Railway Museum in North East, PA, but due to a routing error in Russell, 8272 ended up in the wrong consist and is taking the "long way" around, riding the rails of the C&O mainline one final time before heading north for Willard and on to North East for display.
