A loaded Westmoreland Coal dump train has just exited the ex-Southern's St. Charles Branch, reversed direction and begins its journey along ex-Southern and ex-Interstate rails en route to Wentz, Virginia for unloading. To the left, a pair of Westmoreland Coal's Alco S4's load a unit train that will eventually be destined to Duke Power.
