| Westbound train 823 heads from Norfolk, VA to Williamson, WV with a load of empty coal hoppers. The NS 1030 which was the final heritage unit that NS did is the leader. Although this engine does not have a special paint job, the number 1030 was done to signify 30 years of Norfolk Southern. |
