| QR National GE CM30-8 2811 is framed by the repeating pattern of steel trusses on the Alexandria Bridge as it is about the cross the mighty Fitzroy River at Rockhampton on Australia Day, January 26, 2008. The 50 2800 class locos were all built by A.Goninan & Co in Townsville. The advice to cyclists, while on the railway section of the bridge, applies to the unseen walkway/cycleway to the left of frame. |
