| Duluth & Northeastern #28 runs her second ever public excursion on the North Shore Scenic Railroad in torrential rainfall.
The #28's restoration took six years and over $750,000 to complete.
Here the 28 thunders over a bridge en route to Palmers, MN where it will be towed back by DM&IR #316 |
