    Remarks & Notes
It's not every day you get to see an EMD F125 at the head of a 10-car train almost entirely made up of retired Bombardier cabcars. Here we see SCAX 905, the first of Metrolink's new locomotives to be delivered, resting at the spur track just north of Acton Station. It is scheduled to do night testing on the Antelope Valley Line out of that spur.

Tier IV locomotives are the safest, cleanest, and most fuel efficient locomotives on the rails today. Unfortunately, most of them are ugly and are as quiet as an ACS-64.
