| A pair of Washington State Department of Transportation Siemens SC44s had to be set out by the Coast Starlight (including their escort P42s) in Northridge CA. The power was only there for a few hours before a rescue crew came up to bring everything back to Los Angeles. The whole set went out again two days later. |
