A Wisconsin Electric train begins the flood loading process at the Blacksville Number 2 Mine in Wana, West Virginia. The Super 7’s are all on the property, but a few of the Monongahela’s GP38’s are still working, mostly as pilot engines added to run-through power at West Brownsville. The Chicago & North Western SD40-2 is a telltale that this is a Wisconsin Electric train, which usually arrived in West Brownsville with one C&NW and two CSX units.
