On July 7, the Federal Railroad Administration geometry cars, DOTX 218 and DOTX 220, were operated over Vermont Rail System's Green Mountain Gateway. The westbound train departed Bellows Falls, VT with VTR 50th Anniversary GP40-2W 311 leading the cars westbound for Whitehall, NY. The train is westbound at East Wallingford, VT, passing the old Rutland section house.
