| Lined up, waiting turns at Island Avenue in South Phillly for a ride around the loop. The late 1940's PCC's serve SEPTA in everyday service working right along side with the 1980's built Kawasaki LRV,'s. This was part of a photo charter promoted by Railfan & Railroad's Steve Barry. |
