The celebratory inaugural run of Amtrak's Cape Codder weekend service between New York and Hyannis, MA, pauses at Buzzards Bay behind flag-flying F40PH 349. This train ran seasonally in various configurations through the 1996 season. The banner-bedecked tower in the background housed the dispatcher's office for the Bay Colony Railroad, which was the operator of this trackage.
