In July 1995, SD75M No. 224 leads a hot Santa Fe 199 train on a tight right of way that sits between Suisun Bay and the Antioch downtown overlook. The 199 train was one of the hottest trains on the entire railroad, with a 52-hour schedule between Chicago and Richmond, CA.
