| Ge 6/6 II # 701 "R?tia", built in 1958 by SLM and MFO for the Rhaetian Railway, is crossing the 164 meter long and 85 meter high Solis viaduct in the Schin gorge on the Albula line, pulling freight train 5129 from Chur to Samedan. This second highest viaduct on the Rhaetian Railway network was built in 1902 by engineer Hans Studer, with a parabolic bow of 42 meter span width. |
