| After inquiring what all the "little flashing red dots" (my flashes) were for, the property owner watches as CSX K440-22 with a pair of Canadian National locomotives crosses the C&O Ohio River bridge at Sciotoville on CSX's Northern Subdivision heading for a crew change at Russell, KY. |
