Our Latest VIA Trip! VIA's incomparable 'Canadian' heads through the majestic Canadian Rockies at Henry House, Alberta. This photo is from the latest trip my wife & I took in Prestige Class on the 'Canadian' from Toronto to Jasper, AB to visit Jasper & Banff National Parks, the Banff Springs Hotel and various preserved railway equipment in Alberta & British Columbia before continuing on the train in Sleeper Plus Class to Vancouver. Motive Power Industries and GMD of Canada have rebuilt the EMD F40PH. These rebuild F40s are slowly fading, but some can be seen in California and Canada.
