Remarks & Notes

NS U53, led by an SD50 in Conrail Blue, breaks into the sunlight between Blackwood and Kent Junction (MP 10.1) on the ex-Interstate Railroad. The crew left Norton with 6 loads and 13 empties. The empties were swapped for loads at the small Blackwood No. 1 loader and the crew is on its way to Andover Yard.
