| After meeting a monstrous Q697-04 at Pauley Siding, eastbound manifest Q696-04 runs down the final few miles to the yard at Shelby, KY on a dreary September afternoon, rolling through the Pikeville Cut-Through constructed to reroute the Levisa Fork and the C&O Big Sandy Subdivision around the town of Pikeville and completed in 1987. |
