A MICHIGAN RAILROAD CLUB fantrip from Detroit to Jackson, Michigan has stopped at the Pontiac Depot to pick up a few extra passengers. At the far right you can see the Pontiac station. To the left of it is smoke from GTW's 5043 a 4-6-2 which will be pulling the trip to Jackson. However the train must first back up several blocks to enter the MICHIGAN AIRLINE branch. 7974 has been temporarily hooked on to safely pull the train in reverse. Once it reaches MAL JUNCTION it will be cut off and 5043 will take the train west with no helper engine at the rear.
