| Endangered signal bridge. NS 4018 is a GE AC44C6M that was rebuilt from Dash9-40C NS 8788 earlier this year at GE's Forth Worth plant, and it's still looking fairly fresh as it leads CN 529 through Montreal West, with SD70M NS 2599 trailing. It is passing under a classic signal gantry which will be replaced sometime during the next year or two, if not sooner. |
