    As our southbound Amtrak Pacific Surfliner, Amtrak 566, drops downgrade off Miramar Hill with the private cars "Overland Trail" and "Pacific Trail" carrying aboard the annual LARail.com 'Pearl Harbor Day Troop Train,' an outboard Coaster charges up the grade as its headlights reflect off the horizon consist.
