Along the banks of the New River, hues of yellow light up the foliage as autumn settles in the New River Valley. A westbound stack train rounds the bend Plum Creek, passing the classic N&W CPL that has stood since the 1940's, as it begins its trek across the Pulaski District.
Tier IV locomotives are the safest, cleanest, and most fuel efficient locomotives on the rails today. Unfortunately, most of them are ugly and are as quiet as an ACS-64.
