Remarks & Notes

The Wolfeboro Railroad was an excursion line that from 1972 to 1985 operated the former Boston & Maine branch between Sanbornville and Wolfeboro, NH. In the line's final summer of operation, the Wolfeboro's ex-B&M Alco S-3 runs around its train in the Sanbornville yard. Unfortunately there wasn't enough business to sustain the operation.
