"Giruno" # 2, RABe 501 # 002 of the SBB, built by Stadler Rail, is used for running gear test runs, fitted with measuring axles, sensors, wires, measuring devices and loaded with a lot of sand bags. The train is running between Sion and Chateauneuf-Conthey, with Tourbillon and Valère castles from the 13th century above Sion and 3934 meter high Bietschhorn (which is 46 kilometer away).
