The nasty March weather is fitting for the condition of Rock Island 265, a GE U28B locomotive. The unit is waiting ist next assignment at the Rock Island engine facility at Inver Grove Heights, MN. The Twin Cities was Rock Island's northern most terminal, and would eventually become part of CNW, then UP.
