| With no snow plow, or a full pilot for that matter, the 104 is having a rough go in the fresh layer of wet snow that has fallen overnight. It is a literal game of two steps forward, one step back for the little EMD on its way downtown to the CSX interchange where a couple carloads of wire await it. |
