Late on a summer afternoon, a pair of classic GG1s march into the station at New Haven, CT, with an Amtrak train from Washington. They still wear Penn Central paint, but Amtrak had become their owner earlier in the year. A generator car at the rear of the train is providing HEP to the Amfleet consist.
