| Amtrak has added a new Surfliner, No.765 to help handle all the people trying to get to Santa Barbara and back due to the closure of hwy 101 and the mudslides at Montecito. NPCU in the Salute to Veterans attire, brings up the rear of the new train waiting at Seacliff for a late train No.774 from San luis Obispo. All Amtrak trains are having a tough time with schedules with the crush of passengers and slow orders. |
