| It couldn't have been better timing with the sun peaking out between the overcast clouds and a southbound BNSF manifest rolling through the Skagit Valley with all Canadian motive power with a ex-BC Rail on the point. While it is fairly common to see Canadian motive power in the Pacific Northwest, it's very rare to see ex-BC Rail power south of the US/Canadian border; especially if it's leading. |
