Today the daily operation of Q513 (Avon, IN - Waycross, GA) is running as S513-30 with 144 cars and two Union Pacific locomotives providing the power. Now rolling south over the rails into Standing Rock, UP #3874 almost looks as if it's squinting due to the shape of the "teardrop windshields" while the sun shines directly at the cab. The shield and wings on the nose benefit most from the sun, its light makes them almost glow and thus becoming the center of attention.
