| Heading North One Last Time. Making its final northbound departure out of Simi Valley, AMTK 39974, the "Sonoma Valley" Pacific Parlour Car, leans into the curve as it departs on Amtrak's northbound Coast Starlight. February 5th will mark the last day of Parlour car service on the Starlight...bringing an end to an exciting era of first-class service aboard this train that made it the premier long-distance trip on the west coast. |
