Their corridor trips up from New Haven completed, leased Bombardier LRC locomotive 39 and Amtrak F40PH 208 compare profiles at Boston's South Station. The F40s had a long life with Amtrak, the LRCs did not, going back to Canada after a year long evaluation in revenue service out of Boston.
