During the fall of 2017, Railbox 40188 went in to the TTX freight car shop in North Aiugusta, South Carolina, looking tattered in an old tagged Rbox scheme, but emerged as a rolling cancer awareness billboard. After leaving the shop, it has been roaming the country in national boxcar pool service, as seen here on a CSX train in Baldwin, FL.
