| Change on the Range. CN is in the process of replacing its fleet of EMD units assigned to the former DM&IR with C40-8s of C&NW heritage. The first loaded train from Minntac to Two Harbors to be powered by a solid GE set is shown at milepost 5 on the Minntac Sub. The GEs have been modified with straight air piping to work with the ore car fleet (note the new high air hose connections on 2013). |
