Just 5 days before the Mt. Adams trainset trailing this locomotive would be destroyed in a derailment of the only to date revenue passenger train on the Point Defiance Bypass at DuPont, WA (Amtrak train #501, in which I was a passenger on and injured), here it is seen passing through Steilacoom, WA, along the Puget Sound with the Tacoma Narrows Bridge in the background on 12/13/17.
