EMD’s in four paint schemes wait for a new crew in the passing siding on the Monongahela Railway at White Cottage, Pennsylvania. The train is half-loaded with coal from Consolidated Energy’s Bailey mine, and will be topped off at Consol’s Blacksville Number 2 Mine, in Wana, West Virginia. The blended train will then be off to Wisconsin for unloading at a Wisconsin Electric Power Company generating station.
