After getting further direction to run to Pratt for a crew change, NS 61S (Mingo Jct,OH-New Orleans,LA) eases down grade, and heading to the crew change point to Pratt on the NS Chattanooga Terminal (CT). The train has originated out of Steubenville,OH out of the Taylor Frac Processing, and the loaded sand train is heading to the gulf coast of New Orleans.
