| The few times I have seen or gotten this Des Monies to Iowa Falls turn local, it has had some kick ass power. Today was not a let down either. A pair of standard cab SD60's I will take anyday on the UP! Don't see these motors much in my parts. Today was good too cause the crew had a lite day with 27 cars into Iowa Falls and 21 out, so they made the turn quickly with no opposing traffic. Here the local is heading back to Des Moines as they pass over the south switch at Buckeye on the Mason City Sub, also called the Spineline. |
