| VL80R-1683 electric 25 kV AC locomotive (max power - 6520 kW (9780 kW in 3 sections), max speed - 100 km/h) heading freight train. VL80R series were manufactured by Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Works between 1968 and 1986. In total there were produced 373 two-sectional units of VL80R, most of which are now in operation on a Transsiberian railway. |
