The "boys" and the local citizenry are starting to gather round the just-arrived Pennsy K4 and its train. Excursion passengers were not allowed to ride on the Conrail mainline at that time, so the train would board/disembark passengers at this spot, 3 miles north of Tyrone, for the round-trip to Bellefonte.
