| Southern Railway GP30 #2594 sits on track 1 at East Chattanooga prior to departing with the Missionary Ridge Local. This locomotive doesn't see service very often since the NC 710 & TAG 80 came back online, and with this unit being a lease engine, it makes more sense financially to use the company owned engines. Either way, it's a nice treat to see the Geep 30 out and about earning its keep instead of sitting idle in the display yard. |
