| I was surprised to see a rather large PTC decal on this locomotive. Every locomotive is required to be PTC compliant by the end of the year by law, and it won't be anything that special. Maybe it is an internal way to easily spot which units have been modified as I doubt much of the public has any idea what PTC is? |
