CN X313 departs Armstrong with CN 2342, GECX 7344, CN 5709 pull 313 out of town. The 5709 had mechanical issues online and the 2342 would be added online. With CN's "microwave" agreement they would run long hood forward to the next wye in Sioux Lookout.
