| Portland & Western 663 meets empty CN Oil. CN has been running weekly oil trains to Willbridge Yard with all CN power. An article in NPR suggests that the strategy of shipping out of Portland and tapping into new Asian markets will strengthen the demand for the Trans Mountain Pipeline to British Columbia.
