On May 5, Vermont Rail System's weekly slurry train featured a matched Vermont Railway trio of motive power, including three different EMD models, VTR SD70M-2 432, VTR GP40-2W 310 and VTR GP38-2 201. The earlier than normal run this week provided some opportunity to get locations that typically aren't oriented to the sunny side, including this one at Bartonsville, Vermont. This is the 2012 rebuilt/replacement covered bridge for the previous bridge that had been washed away in Hurricane/TS Irene.
