| Norfolk Southern mine run U47 is stopped with a caboose on the "back leg" of the wye in Appalachia, VA. The caboose will be cut off here while the locomotive will couple up to an empty Duke Power coal train parked on the mainline in downtown Appalachia. U47 will then couple the train up to the caboose and back to Wentz, VA for loading. |
