| "Giruno" (SBB designation) or "Smile" (StadlerRail designation, former designation EC250) highspeed train RABe 501 # 003 is on a test run in the Thur valley from Sulgen to Romanshorn, entering Erlen. The SBB ordered 29 of this 250 km/h trains mainly for traffic between Switzerland and Italy, The first will enter service in 2019. |
