| Skirting the Carpinteria Bluffs Nature Preserve in the "golden hour" light, Amtrak 796 heads south along the coast line with a soon-to-be gone motor - AMTK 456. As Siemens SC44 Chargers continue to slowly but surely arrive in Los Angeles, its only a matter of time before these Surfliner veterans F59PHi's make their final trips and head for a new life with Metra in Chicago. |
